- extract or attempt to extract any substantial part of the database comprising all postings on the website;

- Any breaches of this User Agreement and/or the Security and Privacy Policy may lead us to reporting your activities to your internet service provider, your employer or the relevant legal authorities. Further or in the alternative, any such breach or breaches may lead to legal action being taken against you.

- We reserve the right to take what action we judge necessary to address or prevent such breaches.

You grant to The Nannyshare Company a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, publish, translate, sublicence, create derivative works from, distribute any content or information that you post, upload or email on or through this website and/or to incorporate such content in any other works in any form.
INDEMNITY
Your agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims and expenses, including, but not limited, to reasonable legal fees, made by any third party that arises out of your breach of this User Agreement, including documents incorporated by reference, your breach of any warranty or representation, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party in relation to any content you upload, post or email on or through this website or your use of this website.
AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify this User Agreement and/or the Security and Privacy Policy at any time and without notice by posting the amended User Agreement and/or Security and Privacy Policy on the website or be sending details of the amendment to the email address that you provide. We also reserve the right at any time and without notice to revise the contents of this website, including the services that we offer. If any part of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Except as otherwise stated, any notices that you wish to send to us should be emailed to support@thenannysharers.co.uk. Any notices that we may wish bring to your attention will either be posted on the website and/or emailed to your email address.
